What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — a demo request, a demo unlock, or a newsletter signup — we collect the information you enter. That typically includes your name, work email address, organization, role, and anything you write in a message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from and when.

This site stores a small flag in your browser so that once you have unlocked the demo library, it stays unlocked on that device. That flag contains no patient information and is not shared with third parties.

Why we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your request, to send the product information or demo access you asked for, and — if you opted in — to send occasional product updates. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by our website host and the tools we use to manage email. We ask for written commitments from the services we rely on, and we can tell you which providers are in the chain if you ask.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you, and then delete them on a routine schedule.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@equinoxaitech.com, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Protected health information

Do not send patient information through the forms on this website. If you need to discuss a specific case or share anything containing PHI, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate channel under a Business Associate Agreement.
